Hi, I'm Kata

I struggled with constant back pain, leaking and a tense pelvic floor

At nearly 50, I decided to change my life. I left my corporate career and went to Spain to study how to care for women’s bodies in (peri)menopause. That’s where I became a certified hypopressive trainer.

Today, at 51, my pelvic floor  and core are stronger than ever,  my back feels supported, and I move with freedom and confidence.

I created this starter class to help you feel the same. 

I want to show all the women in the world that you can train in a simple, short, enjoyable way with HUUUGE results.
