Hi, I'm Kata

I struggled with constant back pain, leaking and a tense pelvic floor

At nearly 50, I decided to change my life. I left my corporate career and went to Spain to study how to care for women’s bodies in (peri)menopause. That’s where I became a certified hypopressive trainer.

Today, at 51, my pelvic floor  and core are stronger than ever,  my back feels supported, and I move with freedom and confidence.

That’s completely normal! Hypopressives are a new way of training, and it takes time for your body to adapt.

In the course, you’ll get step-by-step guidance, you  will practice with my support, so these movements will soon feel natural and effortless. Progress, not perfection—you’ve got this! 😊

That depends on your body, all of us is a bit different, but here’s what most women experience:

A few weeks in – Better posture, not just during practice, but in daily life
