Hi, I’m Kata.

I help women like you to recover pelvic floor and back health, so that you can:

~ live an active and confident life

~ quit worrying about leaking or being annoyed by the feeling of heaviness

~ say goodbye to nagging back pain 

All without surgery, or complicated, long exercises. 

I have been where you are. I was suffering from incontinence, tense pelvic floor and horrible back pain despite all the sports I HAD been doing. I often peed myself during obstacle racing, my favourite outdoor activity!

I knew things had to change, when I heard about Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressives) from a Spanish friend.

Turns out, in Spain gynaecologists and physiotherapists recommend it to women to recover pelvic floor & back health.

Especially, but not only, after giving birth and in menopause.

Soon I was on the plane to Barcelona to learn it from the creators of the method.

And in a couple of weeks for the first time in many years I felt confident enough to stop crossing my legs when sneezing.

My life has changed. All because of a gentle breathing training!  I left the corporate world. 

Now, I am on a mission to help other women with the same problem, so that they can live a whole, confident life.

At the beginning I have been focusing on the expat women community in Prague. 

Now I would like to open, and spread this fantastic method to the rest of Europe. 

I have been teaching hundreds of women, and would like to show this amazing method to many more.
